Schmick’s pricing for repairs, including Minor Cosmetic Repairs, is subject to assessment by a technician. Schmick may decline to provide a Repair Quote or perform repairs for various reasons. Repair Quotes for Minor Cosmetic Repairs aim to reflect current pricing on Schmick’s website. Repair Contracts require acceptance and payment of the Repair Fee. Schmick will arrange a mutually agreed time for repairs within the Service Area. Warranties cover workmanship and include Schmick’s warranty and Australian Consumer Law rights. Limitations on Schmick’s warranties are outlined, including exclusions and claim procedures. General terms include Schmick’s right to make changes and the governing law in Victoria, Australia. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions may be made with notice, and acceptance is implied by requesting a repair service post-change publication. Definitions and interpretation are provided in the Glossary of Terms, and the General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.
